Fringe Twister

This is a great little tool if you want to have a more "finished" look to your fringe.  We often put twisted fringe on our blankets, scarves and towels.  The fringe will be more protected and is less likely to ravel than traditional fringe. This is a 3 or 4 clamp fringe twister made by Leclerc, of Canada.
